"We have been part the of the DuPage Training Academy programs for the past 12 years.  Most recently, the addition of the BUILT Program led by Shane Gomez and Grant Baker has made a tremendous impact on our kids’ athletic progress.  Shane’s strong encouragement and individualized work out programs have transformed all 3 of our kids.  Our oldest, who plays softball at North Central College, is in the best shape of her athletic career and even her overall confidence has grown.  Our freshman at John A. Logan did a complete transformation as a result of the BUILT Program.  Going to a health club to do his own workout was not the answer.  Having a disciplined program and someone like Shane and Grant to push him to the next level produced results.  He saw an increase in weight, strength, speed, and more importantly at the time college coaches took notice.  He had passed the “eye test” and even more so his power at the plate didn’t go unnoticed.  Our youngest was the leader of the pack who experienced the program first.  Still in high school, he has completely transformed his physical build.  This includes showing continuous progress in building strength and improving his agility.  The BUILT Program has been a success story for all 3 of our kids and we are very thankful for the leadership of Shane and Grant.  We highly recommend it to anyone that wants to take it to the next level."
